Hello there! I am a rising senior studying journalism at The University of Texas at Austin! As an aspiring reporter and lifelong bookworm, I am incredibly passionate about storytelling and using my skills as a writer to uplift and spotlight underrepresented communities in media. 

During my time taking numerous journalism courses in addition to reporting and editing for the Life & Arts department of the Daily Texan, UT's student newspaper, I've gained invaluable experience reporting on the topics and communities I'm passionate about. In addition to reporting on social issues and the lived experiences of marginalized communities, I am interested in in music, film, pop culture, and lifestyle journalism. 

I have experience in feature writing, editing, multimedia storytelling, and entertainment reporting, and I am always seeking ways to use those skills to amplify the voices and stories of marginalized communities in impactful and innovative ways!
